For many people, co-workers are almost like another set of family members. Conversations revolve around what the kids are up to, what’s going on in life, and who’s sick in their families. These relationships can set the stage for discussions about God and create amazing opportunities to be Jesus to others.

Colossians 4:5

Live wisely among those who are not believers, and make the most of every opportunity.

• Pray for God to use you in your workplace, whether you have a great relationship with your co-workers or not, to help them come to know Him. 

• Pray for your co-workers’ families, what’s going on in their lives, and any struggles they’re facing.

• Pray for them by name and thank God for something positive you see in them that blesses you.

• Pray for wisdom as you have conversations. Pray that the Holy Spirit would guide you and give you the right words at just the right times.
